Fredrikson & Byron acted as legal counsel to Talenti Gelato & Sorbetto in the company’s recently announced sale to Unilever. Talenti is a Minneapolis-based gelato company founded in 2003. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Fredrikson’s legal team included Ryan G. Miest, Zachary D. Olson and Eric A. Splett.
