Fredrikson & Byron acted as legal counsel to Global Fabrication, a full service fabrication facility located in Hampton, Iowa, which makes catwalks, towers and other structural products for grain bins and other storage facilities, in its acquisition by Sukup Manufacturing, the world’s largest family-owned and operated manufacturer of grain storage, grain drying and handling equipment, and steel buildings.
