Fredrikson & Byron acted as legal counsel for CoCo, a co-working company founded in St. Paul, MN, in its rebrand to Fueled Collective. Fueled Collective, headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, describes itself as part co-working space, part social club by blending co-working with hospitality. With the rebrand, CoCo members will now have access to Fueled Collective’s spaces in New York and Cincinnati.
