Fredrikson, in association with Faegre Baker Daniels, acted as legal counsel to APi Group, Inc., the Minnesota-based parent company of more than 40 independently managed life safety and specialty construction companies, in its sale to J2 Acquisition Limited for approximately $2.9 billion.
