Fredrikson & Byron is acting as legal counsel to Altasciences, an integrated contract research organization (CRO)/contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, in its agreement to acquire Sinclair Research, a preclinical CRO located in the Midwest.
