Fredrikson & Byron announces the addition of two new associates.

Mary E. Heath is an associate in the Health Law Group. She advises health industry clients and pharmacies on compliance, procedures, privacy and commercial agreements. Heath assists health care clients with regulatory compliance and transactional matters. Her practice focuses on advising clients on regulatory compliance policies and procedures, including pharmacy inventory management, fraud monitoring protocols, record keeping, fraud and abuse laws, and privacy issues.

Bridget L. Welter is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Welter effectively and efficiently supports clients in all phases of critical business transactions. She negotiates and revises acquisition documents, including non-disclosure agreements, purchase agreements and accompanying disclosure schedules, consulting agreements and other ancillary transaction documents. She conducts due diligence, analyzes findings and makes recommendations in due diligence memoranda. Welter routinely works with representation and warranty insurance companies and lender’s counsel. Her experience includes conveying due diligence findings to representation and warranty insurers and preparing various documents for lender’s counsel, including perfection certificates, credit agreements, security agreements and related schedules.
