Super Lawyers Magazine recognized 32 Fredrikson & Byron attorneys as 2017 Minnesota Super Lawyers and 21 attorneys as Minnesota Rising Stars.

John M. Koneck, President of Fredrikson & Byron, was named in the list of Top 10 Minnesota Super Lawyers, and attorney Dulce J. Foster was listed as one of Minnesota’s Top 50 Women Attorneys. The list of the Top 100 Minnesota Super Lawyers included attorneys Clinton E. Cutler and Terrence J. Fleming.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Only the top 5 percent of attorneys in Minnesota are included in the annual Super Lawyers list. A full list of honorees can be found at www.superlawyers.com.

Rising Star candidates must go through the same selection process as Super Lawyers but need to be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. No more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in Minnesota are named to the Rising Stars list.
