Fredrikson, one of the largest and fastest growing law firms in the region, announces that the firm’s shareholders elected Masha M. Yevzelman to the firm’s board of directors and re-elected Kevin P. Goodno and Sean P. Kearney to new terms. They join Christina K. Brusven, Joseph J. Cassioppi, Loan T. Huynh, Leigh-Erin Irons, Steven J. Quam and Melodie R. Rose, who are currently serving board terms. Kearney and Quam continue to serve as Chairs of the board of directors.

Related, the Board reappointed Rose as the firm’s President and Goodno and James H. Snelson as the firm’s Executive Vice Presidents. Collectively, they comprise the firm’s executive committee, working closely with the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, Ann Rainhart, to further strategic initiatives that build on its reputation as an industry leader.
