Attorney David M. Streier has joined Fredrikson & Byron’s Energy, Real Estate and Renewable Energy Groups. Streier combines his experience in the energy and real estate industries to serve commercial, industrial and energy clients.
Streier represents solar and wind developers, landowner groups, lenders and investors. With a focus on project site control, he drafts and reviews wind energy lease and easement agreements and conducts title review and corrective work to obtain financeable site control. Additionally, Streier assists clients in reviewing, negotiating and drafting documents, conducts due diligence for commercial real estate and energy transactions, and manages closings.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Streier served as the lead attorney in the acquisitions department at a real estate investment fund sponsor and manager based in St. Paul, MN.
