Attorney Danny Bihrle has joined Fredrikson as a senior associate in its Employment, Labor & Benefits, Employment & Labor Litigation and Class Action/Wage & Hour Litigation groups. Bihrle provides clients with comprehensive legal guidance to help navigate the increasingly complex landscape of federal, state and local employment laws.
Bihrle focuses his practice on a broad range of labor and employment law matters, with a specific emphasis on wage and hour advice and litigation. He regularly defends employers against single-plaintiff, class and collective actions before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment and retaliation, whistleblower, and leaves and accommodations.
Bihrle also works closely with employers to ensure compliance with specific areas related to employee compensation including minimum wage, overtime compensation, incentive compensation plans and remote worker compensation.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Bihrle practiced labor and employment law at an AmLaw 100 firm. After receiving his J.D., Bihrle served as a judicial clerk for two years at the Kentucky Supreme Court.
