Attorney Emily E. Moss has joined Fredrikson as an associate in its Corporate and Public Companies & Capital Markets groups. 

Moss assists companies throughout the business life cycle by providing a broad range of advice from strategic business planning to regulatory compliance. She represents clients, from small startups to large public corporations, in business transactions and regulatory matters. Moss brings a practical, problem-solving focused approach to help clients reach their business goals. As a former judicial law clerk, Moss uses knowledge of what causes transactions to go wrong to inform her advice and to avoid potential future conflict for her clients.
