Christian Hokans Appointed to Volunteer Lawyers Network Board of Directors

Fredrikson attorney Christian V. Hokans was recently appointed to the Volunteer Lawyers Network (VLN) Board of Directors.

Hokans represents clients in complex commercial litigation, primarily focusing on real estate disputes. Hokans also maintains an active pro bono practice. He regularly takes on pro bono clients from the Volunteer Lawyers Network and other public interest organizations, representing individuals in the courtroom in housing, public benefits, civil rights and other types of cases.

Established in 1966, Volunteer Lawyers Network is a 501(c)3 non-profit which provides civil legal services to low-income people through volunteer attorneys. VLN’s mission is to protect and promote the basic human needs of people in poverty through the power of legal volunteers.
