Attorney Katherine A. Nixon has joined Fredrikson as an associate in its Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Workouts Group.

Nixon’s practice focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. She has experience reviewing filings for compliance with the Bankruptcy Code and the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. Nixon works diligently to understand clients’ specific financial concerns and to strategize the most effective and efficient way to resolve those concerns.

Prior to joining Fredrikson, she clerked for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Minnesota.
