Fredrikson attorney Erin M. Boggess has been selected as a Young Lawyers Division Fellow by the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Labor and Employment Law. The fellowship program is designed to give young lawyers the opportunity to become familiar with and actively involved in the Labor and Employment Law Section.

Boggess is a member of Fredrikson’s Employment, Labor & Benefits Group and represents clients in employment litigation matters. She has experience with employment and housing discrimination and family law.

Under the fellowship program, Boggess is a member of the committee Development of the Law under the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and will serve a two-year term. This committee is one of the oldest and largest committees in the Labor and Employment Law Section. It informs its membership of the developing case law under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and seeks the orderly and equitable development of that law.
