Attorney Cameron Seybolt Appointed ACTEC Minnesota State Chair

Fredrikson & Byron shareholder Cameron R. Seybolt has been appointed Minnesota State Chair of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), a nonprofit association of more than 2,500 highly-credentialed trust and estate lawyers. Based upon the ACTEC Minnesota State Committee’s recommendation, Seybolt was appointed to this role by ACTEC President Stephen Akers. The Chair appointment is a one-year term with presumptive appointments for a total of five years.

Seybolt focuses his practice entirely on estate planning and administration and was elected as a Fellow of ACTEC in 2010. Seybolt’s clients include family businesses and their owners, public company executives, private equity and hedge fund principals, and family offices. He also assists individual and corporate fiduciaries with the administration of estates and trusts.

Established in Los Angeles in 1949, ACTEC is a prestigious national organization of trust and estate lawyers who are peer-elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.
