Fredrikson & Byron attorney Aubrey J. Zuger was honored with a Friend Award for her role advising YWCA Cass Clay in Fargo, North Dakota, on legal protections for victims of domestic violence. The YWCA said that her knowledge of North Dakota law brings valuable guidance to the organization in daily challenges of upholding its responsibility to protect women fleeing stalkers and abusers. The YWCA’s Champions of Empowerment event took place on February 10, 2022.
Zuger represents clients in a wide range of complex business matters. Zuger assists employers in a variety of employment-related disputes, including claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination.
