Attorney Alyssa Troje Named Attorney of the Year

Minnesota Lawyer has selected Fredrikson & Byron attorney Alyssa M. Troje as a 2018 Attorney of the Year. Troje was honored in the group category for her work on the bankruptcy reorganization of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis.

This highly complicated case concluded with approval of a $210 million reorganization plan, providing financial compensation to clergy sexual abuse survivors and allowing the diocese to retain sufficient assets to continue to operate.

Troje is a Minnesota State Bar Association certified Real Property Law Specialist experienced in commercial and residential real estate matters. She works closely with clients to develop practical solutions to their real estate and business issues. Troje manages all areas of real estate transactions, including lease drafting and negotiations for landlords and tenants, acquisitions and sales, financing, development and construction.
