Overview
On February 23, 2017, Anne Radolinski and Ashley Thronson of Fredrikson’s Employment, Labor & Benefits Group presented a program on the current legal and business landscape related to paid leave, including the recent enactment of the Minneapolis and St. Paul sick and safe time ordinances. The program described Minnesota, St. Paul and Minneapolis legislation connected to paid leave and what employers need to know about how to prepare for implementation, providing examples of how businesses are addressing paid leave issues for their companies.
