Overview

The latest federal executive actions have sparked regulatory uncertainty, funding shifts and compliance challenges for businesses. Join us as we break down what has changed and explore the practical impact of the policy shifts on employers that are regulated businesses, federal contractors and grantees, and private enterprises, particularly as it relates to equal employment opportunity laws and regulations, affirmative action programs, and employer EEO and DEI policies.

The executive actions have effected sweeping changes to U.S. social, economic, environmental and international policy priorities. Federal departments and agencies have been directed to align with the new policies by freezing, revoking or ceasing enforcement of disfavored regulations and terminating funding for targeted programs, offices, grants and contracts. These rapid shifts have triggered dozens of court challenges, including temporary restraining orders (TROs), creating a complex and uncertain legal landscape. Amidst the ongoing changes and legal disputes, companies are struggling to distinguish meaningful risks from transient headlines, making business risk management more challenging than ever.

This webinar will provide a summary of key developments and essential background to help business leaders navigate today’s evolving regulatory environment. We will offer practical guidance on assessing the impact of recent policy changes on your employment and business policies, and establishing a framework for making time-sensitive decisions based on your organization’s unique risk profile.
