Overview

Join Fredrikson’s M&A team either in person or virtually for a morning program focused on earnouts and carveouts, and other deal situations we’re seeing in the market. Our agenda will include an update on Delaware law by Patricia Vella from Morris Nichols, followed by a panel discussion among in-house legal, investment banking and transaction insurance professionals.

When arriving at 60 South Sixth, stop at the security desk on the first floor to check in. You have been pre-registered in our security system and will be required to provide a valid government-issued ID.

You will receive a paper badge which will allow you access through the turnstiles into the elevator bay. Head to the elevators on the far left and press 15 on the touchscreen stand, then proceed to the elevator letter indicated. The elevator will take you directly to reception on floor 15.
