Overview
During our August Health Law Webinar on August 10, 2022, our attorneys the most common questions they have been getting and addressed questions from the audience. How do split/shared visits work? Can we send outside medical records? What is the place of service for a telehealth visit? If we are changing a practice going forward, does that mean we have to refund for the past?
Continuing Education
We have applied for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for this program in Iowa and Minnesota. Please contact Greta Larson at glarson@fredlaw.com if you are an attorney licensed in another state and would like information about obtaining CLE accreditation.
We have also applied for Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) credits through the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® and our application is currently pending their review for approval.
