Overview
On December 13, the Fredrikson H-2 Immigration Service Team presented updated information on H-2A and H2B processes and program developments. Our presentation addresses real-time topics and questions that H-2A and/or H-2B employers are facing. This first presentation addressed updates to the H-2A and H-2B programs and how H-2B employers can avoid processing delays at the Department of Labor (DOL).
