Overview
On December 9, 2020, members of our Health Law team discussed the Medicare physician fee schedule, inpatient prospective payment rule and the other new regulations affecting hospitals, clinics and others in the healthcare industry. This webinar includes discussion about COVID-19 and some analysis of the new Stark and antikick regulations.
The presenters also addressed how, during the Public Health Emergency (PHE), legal research is both different and more complicated than normal. They spoke about steps you can take to increase the probability that your research is successful, including an explanation of why the Medicare Manuals are even less useful during the PHE than they normally are.
