On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, Fredrikson’s Tax Disputes & Litigation Group hosted its third annual Let’s Talk About Tax–An Annual Sampler event where attendees sampled information on a variety of tax topics.
On May 15, our panel of seasoned health care transaction attorneys provided an in-depth discussion of advanced issues in structuring and negotiating various health care transactions.
During April’s Health Law Webinar on April 10, Fredrikson attorneys offered suggestions for making those interactions as productive and painless as possible. We discussed interactions with Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) state and private survey agencies, the police, Office of Inspector General, FBI, state regulators and private insurers.
On Tuesday, April 9, Loan Huynh and Matthew Webster discussed I-9 and E-Verify requirements, best practices for preparing and maintaining I-9 Forms, recent updates on the new I-9 Form and remote inspection rule. They also discussed trends in immigration and worksite compliance and enforcement.
On March 21, 2024, Fredrikson’s Environmental Law team reviewed recent PFAS regulatory and litigation developments, looked at pending regulatory efforts and discussed how businesses can best position themselves to respond to these trends.
